Terms and Conditions

Definitions:

User – a person visiting the Site and/or using its services
Site – www.buduj.co.uk

Administrator and Team – persons who edit the Site
1. By registration and logging in the User is entitled to use services of the Site
2. Services reserved for a registered User are:
- placing posts at Forum
- adding entries to the company database
- adding pictures to the Gallery
3. Registration is free of charge. The User must fill in the registration questionnaire. All the data must be true; the Team does not take responsibility for incorrect data.
4. The User must not break the common rule of the law, and especially:
- post racist and offensive content
- promote pornography or illegal substances (e.g. recreational drugs)
- post commercial content in inappropriate sections of the Site
- intentionally harm or disturb the activity of the Site
5. The Team does not take responsibility for content posted by Users. Posting contents breaking common rule of law is forbidden (vide 4). Any content breaking the law, displaying intolerance or promoting illegal substances will be deleted from the Site.
6. Any personal data submitted will be stored on the site.
7. Users can edit their personal data at any time.
8. Users agree to receive promotional materials by e-mail.
9. The Team can:
- block an account of a User who breaks these Terms and Conditions
- delete an account of a User who breaks these Terms and Conditions
- make changes to the Terms and Conditions
- delete offensive content from Comments, Forum etc
- delete content that not respond to the subject discussed at Forum, or Comments
10. Content and opinions posted by Users do not reflect opinions of the Team
11. The Team does not bear responsibility for:
- unplanned malfunctioning of the Site caused by random occurrences
- Users’ activities and financial and legal claims connected with the Site which are not part of agreements and transactions
12. Interactive promotional adverts (e.g. banners, buttons etc) are placed in a rotating system, where one of them is rotating with no more than three others
13. Users must be aware of subjects of copyrights. All intellectual content of the Site is reserved
14. Users are entitled to erase personal data from the Site at any time. Requests for data removal must be confirmed by post or e-mail
